This power is like Temp Mod, but you can make a temp owner from 1 hour to 24 hours. If people want to have an owner party, they can temp owner everyone instead of having to reset the chat after the party is done! This power could also be helpful for chat's that need to have temp owners on during the day to ban certain people for over 6 or 8 hours.
