One of xat's Applications is a Games tab. To play games (apart from smilie shoot 'em up), first select it then private chat a user. If it's not working try going to main chat then back to private chat, or refresh. NOTE both users must be on the same chat!

[edit] Chess

Play chess with a friend! Move the pieces according to the Chess Rules, or however way both users agree! You can use this same board to play checkers aswell, if you like.

[edit] Smilie shoot 'em up

Lock and load! Smilie shoot 'em up is a game you can play with ANY number of users. Just select the Smilie Shooter, then click smilies to shoot and rank up more points! If you're not shooting smilies you lose points, so keep it moving. Play for as long as you like!

Play pool with another user. Aim the cue ball and try to knock all of your color balls into the pocket, then go for the black ball! You can adjust the rules however you like, make sure both users agree first though to avoid fights!

The classic game, 4 in a row / connect 4 is a game where you drop pieces to the lowest slot, and try to get 4 of them to be in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). First to 4 in a row wins!
