(BADGE) - Give a user a badge
- To use, private chat a user and send /nbReasonhere The command to remove the badge is the same.
- Badge allows users who are of a lower rank to add a badge to a higher/lower rank as long as they meet the sufficient rank to use badge.
- When a user has a badge, they cannot be dunced. If they are already dunced, the dunce is removed and the badge is added instead.
- If your chat has gcontrol assigned, there is an option to change what rank is allowed to use badge.
- Default rank that is able to badge is Owner+
