While surfing on xat with Google Chrome, some pages may not load because of Adobe Flash Player plugin not being enabled on your browser. It usually happens when you try opening a ticket and see a blank page.
Enabling Adobe Flash Player
Whenever you see a blank page on xat website or on its support, check at the top right of your browser and look for a little piece of puzzle with a red cross (see image 1).
Click on this icon and ensure to check "Always allow plugins on https://util.xat.com" on its menu.
Then click "Done" and refresh the page, it should now be working correctly.
More generally on Chrome, use chrome://plugins/ to have an overview of the different plugins you are using.
In the case of Adobe Flash Player, simply check the corresponding box.
