The xat forum can be found on a website affiliated with xat at http://forum.xat.com. It is a place of discussion and exchange via messages on various subjects (called threads).

How to Register

The account on the forum differs from your account on xat. Follow the steps below if you do not have an account and want to register.

Step 1: Click on "sign up" in the top right hand corner of the forum page.

Step 2: Complete the registration form with accurate and valid information. Do not use the same e-mail as your xat account!

Step 3: Open the activation e-mail. You can now login!

Forum Sections

Listed below are all of the various forum sections, as well as a description of their purpose.

Site Support

xat Support Ticket System

This gives a user to be redirected to xat.com/Ticket, in case their issue requires a Support Ticket.

General Support

Besides the ticket system and xat help groups, this section is also dedicated to support in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Registered users on the forum can ask questions related to xat to get help.

Announcements and Feedback

Suggestions

This section allows you to post ideas and suggestions of new powers, games, new features, improvements, and more. Please read the special instructions provided in this section before posting. For more information, please click here.

Mobile

This part of the forum contains announcements and general discussions related to xat’s mobile products. For more information, please click here.

New Power Testing

This section is specific to bug reports and suggestions for the improving of a NEW power. If you would like to make a different kind of suggestion, please refer to the "Suggestions" section.

General Discussion

Here a user can start a discussion about something they're passionate about, or create a new forum game.

Contests and Events

If you wish to win xats by entering a contest or hold a competition/event, this is the perfect place to do so!

Graphics

One section dedicated entirely to a place where you can share your graphic creations. You will also find free templates for personal use.

ID Marketplace

Here a user can sell their ID, or purchase a new one. Please read the rules before posting.

Features

The forum has some specific features that allow you to customize how you use the forum. Listed below are some of the most important!

Forum Titles

Each user has a specific forum title that appears under their avatar while posting, and in some cases, can change the color of their name!

Note: By default, all users registered on the forum are Members. Some of them may have multiple titles at the same time, although only one appears. For example, a Wiki Editor may also be a Contributor.

Community Reputation

Reputation is the amount of likes that you receive on your posts. If a user enjoys your posts, they may give you a like. Reputation levels are based upon how many likes you have.

Following a user
