$advertise=To advertise a chat or a banner, you can go to xat.com/promotion for more details. There are specific requirements though: xat.wiki/Advertise.

$allpowers=Visit xat.wiki/Category:Allpowers for a complete list of powers needed for (allpowers). Allpowers allows you to send a rocket around a smiley by typing _#allpowers.

$angel=Angel adds wings, a halo, a cloud and prayer hands to any yellow smiley. For example, to add all the effects use (angel#angel#halo#cloud#pray). http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices on angel, xat.com/trade to buy angel.

$angry=Read xat.wiki/Angry for information about the angry smilies. Visit http://tradexat.com/fairtrade for prices.

$animate=Get an animated avatar and go to http://web.xat.com/web_gear/chat/ConvertAnimation.php and convert it, then upload it to imgur.com and use it as your picture. If you don't have the animate power yet, it's 400 xats on xat.com/Getpowers.

$anime=It's 300 xats in the power store, click powers to get it. Go to xat.wiki/Anime to find out all the smileys/combinations that can be used with this particular power.

$banish=To get banish, go to xat.com/powers and buy it. Bans that are above one hour will turn into banish. It costs 300 xats.

$blueman=This power turns your pawn dark blue when you are guest/member. It also works if you are in stealth. Go to xat.com/Getpowers to get it. (It costs 1000 xats.)

$boot=To boot a user to a chatroom, click on their name and click kick, then type in the name of the chat in the boot section, and click kick. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices, xat.com/trade to buy.

$cache=To clear cache, go to http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html to find out how.

$changeregname=To change your registered name, click login << then re-login, scroll down, click more and change it. This can only be changed once every 2 weeks.

$chatbg=To add a chat background, upload a picture to tinypic.com then go to your chat and click "Edit" at the bottom right, then click "Chat Box Settings", paste the link into the Background box, then click "Update & Get Code".

$christmas=Go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices on Christmas, and xat.com/trade to buy it. See xat.wiki/Christmas for details on Christmas.

$classic=Classic power contains old-style smilies, which were previously removed from xat. A full list of smilies are on xat.wiki/classic This unlimited power also contains a hug: /hug classic. For prices, see http://tradexat.com/fairtrade.

$clear=Give a clear background to any "yellow" smilie. To make a clear smilie add _#c to the smilie code e.g. (smile#c). Works with () smilies only. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices, xat.com/trade to buy it.

$colourcodes=Go to html-color-codes.com for colour codes.

$colourpowers=To get the colour powers, click powers < They're all priced at 150 xats, and they're called Red, Green, Light, Blue.

$costumes=Check xat.wiki/Costumes for more information on costumes. It's 300 xats in the store, to buy it click powers.

$count=Count is a Countdown timer. It shows time remaining until a specified event e.g. New Year. Mechanical and LED styles. xat.wiki/Count for more details on how to use, priced at 200 xats in power store.

$cycle=Give a cycle of rainbow colors to any "yellow", heart or square smilie. To make an cycle smilie, add _#y to the smilie code. Click powers to get cycle, it's 500 xats.

$deleteaccount=To delete your account, click login << and then re-login, scroll down, and click more, and click delete account.

$deletechat=You cannot delete a chatroom, so you should reset it and make it members only.

$diamond=Type _#d to make a diamond shaped smiley. This power is limited, so go to xat.com/Trade to buy it, and to find out the price, go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/.

$dx=Dx allows you to convert some of your days to xats. Note the power is used up after one conversion. xat.com/dx.

$embed=To embed your chat on a website, click put on page in the bottom right hand corner, copy the embed code and paste it into your website.

$everypower=If you collect every power that xat has made, you can use the emerald pawn. EveryPower is a feature, and not a power. See xat.wiki/everypower for more.

$facebook=Go to xat.com/facebook.

$fade=Fade gives a ghost-like fade effect to any "yellow" smilie. To make a smilie fade, add _#f to the smilie code e.g. (smile#f). Go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ to find out information on the price of this limited power. xat.com/trade to buy.

$fairtrade=To find out fair trade prices, go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/

$flashrank=Flashrank makes your pawn fade between your pawn color power (purple, pink, blueman) and your rank on the chat. Mods can make use of pink and blueman powers if they have flashrank. It's 50 days, xat.com/Getpowers.

$fruit=Fruit gives a fruity background to any "yellow" smilie. Visit xat.wiki/Fruit for more information. Go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices, xat.com/trade to buy.

$gag=Gag allows you to gag guests and members for up to an hour. To gag someone, click on them and press ban, select the duration and reason and press the gag button. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ - Prices on gag, xat.com/Trade to buy gag.

$gcontrol=If you are main owner on your group chat, press EDIT YOUR CHAT, then press EXTRA FEATURES, scroll down, and you will see the EDIT button. Click on it, and set who can kick/ban, who can un-ban, who can make a scroll, and many other abilities.

$getpowers=To get powers go to xat.com/getpowers.

$guestself=To use guestself, type /g in the main chat to turn yourself into a guest. Useful if you don't want to be a member on a chat or you want to resign as mod or not be main owner for a while. It costs 250 xats, click powers to get it.

$hairf=Check xat.wiki/Hairf for more information on hairf. It costs 200 xats, click powers to get it.

$hairm=Check xat.wiki/Hairm for information on this power. It is 150 xats, click powers to get it.

$halloween=Halloween smilies and effects. Visit xat.wiki/Halloween for details on smilies. Go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ to see prices, xat.com/trade to buy it.

$hands=This power is 300 xats, click powers to get it. To see how to use it, go to xat.wiki/Hands.

$hat=Visit xat.wiki/Hat for information about all the hats available to you.

$heart=Heart gives a heart shape to any "yellow" smilie. To make a heart smilie add _#h to the smilie code e.g. (biggrin#h). It is a limited power. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices on how much heart is at xat.com/Trade.

$hexagon=Give a pink hexagon shape to any "yellow" smilie. To make a pink hexagon smilie, add _#x to the smilie code e.g. (smile#x). It costs 100 xats in the power store, click powers <<

$hug=A hug is a small animation, which can be sent in a private chat for free or in the main chat for 10 xats (limited to 20 hugs per 24 hours). You need a power to send a hug. See xat.wiki/hugs for more.

$hush=To gag all guests for 1 minute type /h60Quiet please for one minute in the main chat. To gag members as well use /hm , moderators use /hd and owners use /ho The reason is optional but recommended. Maximum time is 60s and minimum is 10s.

$kiss=A kiss is a large animation, which covers the main chat. To send a kiss, click on the magic 8ball in the line of smileys above the text box, and select your animation. Each kiss costs 25 xats.

$invert=It makes almost any smilie upside down. To use invert, add _#i to the smilie code e.g. (cd#i). Works with () smilies only. Click powers to get it, it's 200 xats.

$invisible=To use the invisible power, go to a chat where you are owner and your pawn will appear faded. If you talk, you'll come out of invisible. The power is priced at 40 days, click powers to get it.

$irish=Visit xat.wiki/Irish for information about smilies. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade for prices.

$lostgrouppass=If you forgot your xat chat group password, click EDIT at bottom right and enter your email in the second box.

$lostuserpass=If you forgot your xat user password, click REGISTER << then Lost Password and fill out the info there.

$macros=Visit xat.wiki/Macros for more details on how to use macros.

$mainowner=To regain main ownership, click Edit at bottom right, enter the group password and click "Chat Box Settings". If it's not a group and you didn't save the Extra Features link, you may need to make a new chat.

$makemainowner=To make a main owner, give them the password to the chatroom. Then they click "Edit" in the bottom right hand corner, enter the password, click submit, then click "Chat Box Settings".

$me=The ME power allows you to fully customize your profile and expand CSS space to 20240 bytes. To use ME power and enable the features, go to your xatspace and check the box Advance Mode while editing your profile. For more information: xat.wiki/Me.

$membersonly=To make a chat members only, click edit your chat, extra features, select members only, and click save these settings.

$mirror=It mirrors almost any smilie left to right. To make a smilie mirror, add _#m to the smilie code e.g. (cd#m). Works with () smilies only. Click powers to get it (it's 100 xats).

$mod8= If you have mod8, you will be able to ban for 8 hours on any chat. This power is priced at 500 xats, click powers to get it. To ban someone for 8 hours, you have to be moderator, so click on their name, click ban, type in 8 hours and click ban again.

$mute=To mute a user, click on their name, click ban, and select mute. It only works for 1 hour, or less. It costs 40 days, click powers to get it.

$nameflag=Nameflag lets you put a flag in your namecolor. It requires nameglow and namecolor to use. See xat.wiki/nameflag for more. It's an epic power - click powers to get it, or buy it at xat.com/trade.

$nameglow=Click powers to get nameglow. It is priced at 400 xats. To change the color of the glow, you need the relevant color powers, then go to http://www.html-color-codes.com, get a color code and put (glow#colorcode ) in your name.

$namegrad=Namegrad is an epic power that adds a gradient color effect to your name. It requires nameglow and namecolor to use. See xat.wiki/namegrad for more. Click powers to get it, or buy it at xat.com/trade.

$namewave=Namewave is an epic power that adds a wave effect to your namegrad. It requires nameglow, namecolor and namegrad to use. See xat.wiki/namewave for more. Click powers to get it, or buy it at xat.com/trade.

$newchat=Go to http://xat.com/web_gear/chat/creategroup.php to make a new chat. Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the chat email to arrive.

$newid=Go to tinyurl.com/x-tresetid and follow the instructions.

$nick=The nick power allows you to change your friends' names or replace their entire display name (for you only). It costs 200 xats, click powers to get it. For more information on using nick: xat.wiki/Nick.

$noaudies=It turns off the audies sound effects. Any messages with an audie will just beep like any other message. Audies still work if you click on them. It's 10 xats, click powers to get it.

$nofollow=This prevents friends from following you from chat to chat, once activated. It's priced at 100 xats, click powers to get it.

$nopc=It blocks incoming PC (private chat) from all users except friends. You can still initiate a PC. Owners, Mods and xat staff can always PC you. It's 200 xats, click powers to get it.

$nopm=To use nopm, simply turn it on, and no one except who you have added can PM you. Click powers << to get it, it's 150 xats.

$num=Num adds 1-3 letters or numbers to some smilies. Visit xat.wiki/Num for more information. Click powers to get it (it's 400 xats).

$octogram=Octogram gives a light green octogram shape to any "yellow" smilie. To make a octogram smilie add _#o to the smilie code e.g. (smile#o). It's 150 xats in the power store, click powers.

$party=Visit xat.wiki/Party for information about smilies. Get party at xat.com/Getpowers. It's priced at 200 xats.

$pcback=PCBack lets you add a custom background to your private chats, which others will see. Add _# after your avatar link, and then the image URL you want to use. It costs 700 xats. See xat.wiki/pcback for more.

$pink=To use pink, you must be a guest, a member or a owner in $tealth mode. It costs 500 xats, click powers to get it.

$playlist=To get a playlist, go to tinyurl.com/x-tplaylist and follow the steps there.

$powers=To get powers, you need to register and buy xats. To register, click register To buy xats, click buy After you've finished that, click powers and select the power you want and type the quantity, and then click buy powers at the bottom.

$purple=Purple is an epic power, priced at 25,000 xats. It turns your pawn purple no matter your status. Click powers to get it, or buy it at xat.com/trade.

$radio=Radio is 250 xats. To learn how to use radio, go to xat.wiki/Radio.

$ranklock=The ranklock power locks a user's rank and prevent the user's rank from being changed. Use /r [ID] [rank] to ranklock a user to the specified rank. For more information: xat.wiki/Ranklock.

$register=To register for an account, click register <---

$reghide=It removes your star or heart so that you show on the user list like an unregistered user. All other subscriber features still work e.g. glitter. It costs 100 xats, click powers to get it.

$resetchat=To reset your chat, click edit in the bottom right hand corner, enter password, click submit, then scroll down and click reset chat.

$reserve=To remove reserve, go to http://xat.com/reserve For more information on reserve, go to xat.wiki/Reserve.

$rules=Click edit in the bottom right hand corner, enter password, click submit, then enable the WYSIWYG editor, and you can change the font of the rules and the colours, then click save changes. It might take 10 minutes to update.

$scifi=Visit xat.wiki/Scifi for more information on smilies. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade for prices.

$scroll=To make a scroll message at the bottom, type /sYourmessage. You need to be owner.

$show=Show allows people to see your xats and days, if they check your powers. It costs 50 xats, xat.com/Getpowers.

$shuffle=To use shuffle, get 2 or more pictures, and go to tinyurl.com/x-tshuffle and convert them and go to tinypic.com and upload the picture, and use it as your picture. If you don't have shuffle, go to xat.com/Getpowers to get it.

$sinbin=You have to be owner to use this power! It strips a moderator of kick and ban power from 1-24 hours. To use, private chat the user and send him a message like /n2.5 which in this case would sinbin for 2 hours 30 minutes. It costs 300 xats.

$six=Turn your "yellow" smilies into devils. To make a devil smilie use (cry2#6). To use it with the pitchfork use (cry2#r#six). Go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ to find out prices on this power, and xat.com/Trade to buy it.

$snowy=Snowy allows you to use snowflake backgrounds for smiles e.g. ( d#snowy). Add snow to yellow smilies: ( d#snows). Use the Snowy kiss and glitter. http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices, xat.com/trade to buy.

$sport=This power is limited, so go to http://tradexat.com/fairtrade/ for prices, and xat.com/trade to buy. For how to use it, go to xat.wiki/Sport.

$square=Square gives a cyan square shape to any "yellow" smilie. To make a cyan square smilie, add _#s to the smilie code e.g. (smile#s). It is currently 100 xats in the power store, so click powers to get it, if you don't have it already.

$stick=Click games>stick to make your own stickman. This power is 300 xats in the power store, click powers to get it.

$storage=To fix login, right-click on chat, click Settings, click the folder icon, then drag the bar all the way to 10mb, click close, then refresh, and relogin.

$subhide=Subhide sets your star or heart to black (from red) even if you are a subscriber (have days). All other subscriber features still work e.g. glitter. It's 100 xats, click powers to get it.

$superkick= Superkick allows you to kick lower ranks. Main Owners can kick Owners, Owners can kick mods and Members can kick banned members and BANNED guests. If you have boot power, you can boot lower ranks as well! It costs 15 days.

$tempmem=Make a guest into a member for 1 minute up to 24 hours. To use, private chat the guest and send /mb2.5 which would make a member for 2 hours 30 minutes. This power is 15 days in the store, xat.com/Getpowers.

$tempmod=It makes a user a moderator from 1 minute to 24 hours. To use, private chat the user and send them a message like /m2.5 which in this case would make him a moderator for 2 hours 30 minutes. It costs 50 days and you must be owner to use it.

$topman=Topman makes your icon go to the top of your section (e.g. moderator/member) even if you have a high ID number unless another user also has this power. It is priced at 200 xats, click powers to get it.

$translate=To use the xat translator, click the translate icon to the left of the page, and then select your language where it says Your Language. You need to be a subscriber (must have days) to use this feature.

$ttth=To ttth someone, type /tMessage#smiley. They have to start the private chat for this to work.

$twitter=Try going to xat.com/twitter.

$xatspace=To edit your xatspace, go to http://xat.com/web_gear/chat/editprofile.php.

$zoom=This allows you to zoom in on someone's, picture, simply put your mouse over their avatar. It costs 300 xats, click powers to get it.
