Creando un Ticket
- Para crear un ticket, necesitas ir a http://util.xat.com/support/open.php.
Su ID xat se mostrará automáticamente en "xat username". Por favor tenga en cuenta que debe ser USUARIO DE PAGO para abrir un ticket
- Si no eres un usuario de pago, puedes ir a http://xat.com/support, registrarte en el foro y luego postear en la sección de Support (soporte).
- En el siguiente formulario, escribe tu contraseña de xat.com con el correspondiente nombre de usuario. Bajo "Help Topic" necesitas elegir un tema de entre los que aparecen en la lista (mira el example 1 ).
Una vez este realizado, usted necesita escribir en asunto para el ticket (ej: Mi cuenta xat esta bloqueada) El asunto necesita tener no menos que 5 palabras.
El ultimo paso es explicar el problema que esta usted teniendo. O cual es la ayuda que necesita. En "Message" usted necesita poner una descripción explicando el problema que estas teniendo, (Ej; No tengo acceso a mi ID 12345678, por favor actualizar mi ubicación) Algunas cosas necesitará hablar para confirmar que es su cuenta; Antiguo ISP, IP y cuidad.
De Click en Open Ticket, y espere por una respuesta.

Payment Problems | Submit Payment Problems here e.g. Missing xats/days after purchase, Reserve Problems, Account Held. You need to be Verified to submit payment problems. If you have problems with Phone Verify make your next purchase with PayByCash or submit a ticket to ‘Verify Problems’. Tickets about other problems will not be answered, if you are unsure about what section to use submit to ‘Help’ | ||

Viewing a created ticket and responding
To view the ticket you've created, go to http://xat.com/ticket and then select "Check Status" (see example 2)
Una vez hecho, se mostrará su nombre usuario xat, usted vera un mensaje diciendo "Authentication Required" esto quiere decir que usted necesita ingresar su contraseña de xat.
You will then see a list of tickets (see example 3):
Choose the ticket you want to check a response for, and the message you sent will be displayed, along with a possible response:
Puedes responder si continua teniendo el problema, o si usted tiene otra pregunta. Si la respuesta que ellos te dieron soluciona tu problema entonces su proceso se ha completado.
