In an effort to keep xat users updated with information relevant to their ticket status, this page has been created to show the various statuses of the departments that correspond to the help topics listed below. The statuses are true for most users, although some users may experience quicker or slower replies based on their individual circumstances.

In most cases, a delay is considered 5 or more days since your last reply from us.
